A race weekend practically at home!

 

My second year at Epic Race! This year had a slightly different format, with two days of competition. On Saturday, the queen stage: 72 km with 2,600 m of elevation gain—extremely tough, with sections reaching up to 30% gradient and lots of trails. On Sunday, a 50 km stage with 1,500 m of elevation gain, faster and more flowing, with short and punchy climbs.

Very happy and grateful for my performance over the two days of racing. On Saturday, I rode a very smart race, knowing how tough the stage would be. On the King of the Mountain climb, I managed to open a gap, and from that moment on, I rode solo all the way to the finish line, securing the stage win

On the second day (Sunday), I chose a more conservative approach since I already had a time gap advantage!

 

Just thankful to God for everything—this is my life, and I love what I do.
